I forgot to make a payment. Will it lapse?
When you qualify for the APTC/subsidy for health insurance, the policy will stay in force for 3 months before it all actually lapse.
Can I change my plan later?
When it comes to health insurance, open enrollment is November 1st to January 15. Otherwise, you will need to qualify for a special enrollment period.
Do you sell insurance in my state?
Some states we are legally able to sell certain products while in others, we sell all lines. Call your local agent to learn more.
How does billing work?
You will always make your payments directly to the carrier.
How do I change my personal info?
You can update name, email address and other personal information from the mobile app.
How long will it take to receive my card?
Your insurance card may take up to 14 days to arrive, however sometimes we get them first. Be sure to download the mobile app so you will always have access to your information.
